أُصيبت قاضية تركية بطلق ناري داخل مقر محكمة الاستئناف الإقليمية في إسطنبول، في واقعة خطيرة هزّت الأوساط القضائية، قبل أن تُحبط محاولة قتلها بتدخل سريع من أحد العاملين المتواجدين في المكان.
ووقعت الحادثة عندما أقدم المدعي العام محمد تشاغاتاي كيليتشارسلان، العامل بمحكمة الأناضول في إسطنبول، على إطلاق عيار ناري باتجاه القاضية أصلي قهرمان، عضو الدائرة الجنائية الثالثة والعشرين بمحكمة الاستئناف الإقليمية (زوجته السابقة)، أثناء وجودها داخل مكتبها.
ووفقًا للمعلومات الأولية، أصابت الرصاصة القاضية، فيما حاول المتهم إطلاق عيار ثانٍ، إلا أن يعقوب كاراداغ، (عامل شاي يعمل ضمن نظام السجن المفتوح في مالتيبي ومحكوم سابقاً)، تدخل على الفور وتمكن من منعه جسديًا والسيطرة عليه قبل تنفيذ الجريمة.
وعقب الحادثة، جرى نقل القاضية إلى أحد المستشفيات القريبة لتلقي العلاج، حيث أكدت مصادر طبية استقرار حالتها الصحية وعدم تعرضها لخطر داهم.
في المقابل، ألقت السلطات الأمنية القبض على المدعي العام المتهم، وبدأت الجهات المختصة التحقيق معه. وأعلن مكتب المدعي العام الرئيسي في إسطنبول توقيفه رسميًا على ذمة التحقيق بتهمة الشروع في القتل، مشيرًا إلى أن ملابسات الحادثة ودوافعها لا تزال قيد الفحص.
وأكدت المعلومات الرسمية أن التدخل السريع لعامل الشاي كان حاسمًا في إحباط جريمة كادت تقع داخل مبنى المحكمة، بعدما لاحظ استعداد المتهم لإطلاق رصاصة ثانية، ما دفعه إلى التحرك الفوري وإنهاء الموقف.
A Turkish judge was shot inside the Regional Court of Appeals in Istanbul, in a serious incident that shook the judicial community, before an attempt on her life was thwarted by the quick intervention of one of the staff present at the scene.
The incident occurred when prosecutor Muhammad Çağatay Kılıçarslan, who works at the Anadolu Court in Istanbul, fired a shot at Judge Aslı Kahraman, a member of the 23rd Criminal Chamber of the Regional Court of Appeals (his ex-wife), while she was in her office.
According to initial information, the bullet hit the judge, while the suspect attempted to fire a second shot, but Yakup Karadağ, a tea worker in the open prison system in Maltepe and a former convict, intervened immediately and was able to physically restrain and control him before the crime was executed.
Following the incident, the judge was transferred to a nearby hospital for treatment, where medical sources confirmed that her health condition was stable and that she was not in imminent danger.
Meanwhile, security authorities arrested the accused prosecutor and the relevant authorities began investigating him. The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office announced that he was officially detained pending investigation on charges of attempted murder, noting that the circumstances and motives of the incident are still under examination.
Official information confirmed that the quick intervention of the tea worker was crucial in thwarting a crime that was about to occur inside the courthouse, after he noticed the suspect preparing to fire a second shot, prompting him to take immediate action and resolve the situation.
