في ليلة طربية مكتملة الملامح ضمن فعاليات موسم الرياض، عاش جمهور مسرح محمد عبده أرينا واحدة من أكثر أمسيات الموسم دفئاً وقرباً من القلب مع حضور الفنان الكبير عبدالمجيد عبدالله، الذي لم يكتفِ بالطرب فحسب، بل شارك الجمهور لحظات إنسانية خالدة جعلت الحفل حديث الناس.
وقبل صعوده للمسرح، قال عبدالمجيد عبدالله في تصريح خاص إلى «عكاظ» حول النصيحة التي يوجّهها للفنانين الشباب الساعين لصناعة هويتهم الفنية:
«أنا اللي أحتاج نصيحة من جيل الشباب.. الفن يتطور، واليوم كثير من الفنانين الشباب يغنون أفضل منا».
كانت كلمات اختصرت تواضعه ومسيرته الطويلة، وأشعلت فضول محبيه قبل بدء الحفل.
هدية قبل الميلاد بـ4 أشهر
وبين تصفيق الحضور وأضواء المسرح، حمل عبدالمجيد معه لحظة لا تُنسى حين غنّى أغنية «فز له» لحفيده الذي لم يولد بعد، إذ أهداها لحفيده المنتظر وصوله بعد 4 أشهر، في مشهد جعل القاعة تهتز بالتصفيق، وترك الجميع يغنّون معه وكأنهم يباركون قدوم الضيف الصغير بصوت جدّه.
سهم.. شريك السنوات ومحطة لا تنتهي
ولم تتوقف المفاجآت عند هذا الحد؛ إذ كشف عبدالمجيد عبدالله خلال حديثه عن عمق علاقته الفنية مع الملحن سهم، مؤكداً: «من أيام ما كان طالب، وكنت أحسّ إن في خير كبير جاي… والحمد لله استمرت تجربتي معاه فترة طويلة وقدّمنا أعمالاً مختلفة وناجحة وسوّينا بصمة في الأغنية السعودية والخليجية… وأعتقد أن الاستمرار بيكون على طول، خصوصاً إنه اليوم موجود معنا في الحفلة».
وقدّم عبدالمجيد أغنية جديدة من ألحان سهم ضمن مفاجآت الليلة، ليستكمل معها حالة التجدد التي أصبحت سمة أعماله في السنوات الأخيرة.
ليلة تجمع الماضي بالحاضر
واستمر عبدالمجيد في نثر الطرب عبر مجموعة من أعماله المحبوبة: «ما بيَّن بعينك»، «يا بن الأوادم»، «يا بعدهم كلهم»، و«عين تشربك شوف وعين تضماك»، وسط تفاعل جماهيري بدا وكأنه كورال واحد يرافقه في كل جملة.
ليلة حملت الطرب، والحكايات، والإنسانية… ووقّع فيها عبدالمجيد عبدالله فصلاً جديداً من العلاقة العميقة بينه وبين جمهوره، مؤكداً أن الساحة الفنية لا تزال قادرة على أن تُنجب لحظات لا تُكرّر.

“I’m the one who needs advice from the younger generation… art evolves, and today many young artists sing better than us.”

A Gift Four Months Before Birth
Amid the applause of the audience and the stage lights, Abdul Majeed brought with him an unforgettable moment when he sang the song “Fazlah” for his yet-to-be-born grandson, dedicating it to his expected arrival in four months. This scene made the hall resonate with applause, and everyone sang along as if they were blessing the arrival of the little guest with his grandfather’s voice.
Sahem… A Partner Through the Years and an Endless Station
The surprises didn’t stop there; Abdul Majeed Abdullah revealed during his talk the depth of his artistic relationship with composer Sahem, affirming: “From the days when he was a student, I felt that something great was coming… and thank God my experience with him has lasted a long time, and we have produced various successful works and left a mark in Saudi and Gulf music… I believe that our collaboration will continue, especially since he is with us at the concert today.”
Abdul Majeed presented a new song composed by Sahem as part of the night’s surprises, continuing the renewal that has become a hallmark of his works in recent years.

Abdul Majeed continued to sprinkle his musical magic through a collection of his beloved works: “Ma Bayyin Bi Ainik,” “Ya Bin Al-Awadim,” “Ya Ba’dhum Kulluhum,” and “Ain Tashrabk Shoof Wa Ain Tadhmak,” amidst audience interaction that felt like a single choir accompanying him in every line.
