شهدت العاصمة السعودية الرياض إطلاق «نور خزام»، أحد أبرز المجتمعات السكنية الجديدة في شمال المدينة، عقب إعلان شركة «حسن علام القابضة» تدشين المشروع بالشراكة مع شركة «تلال العقارية»، وبالتعاون مع الشركة الوطنية للإسكان (NHC). وسيتم تطوير «نور خزام» من خلال «جروفا للتطوير»، الذراع التطويرية لشركة حسن علام القابضة.
تم الإعلان عن المشروع خلال مشاركتهما في معرض «ريستاتكس الرياض العقاري 2026»، المقام في مركز الرياض الدولي للمؤتمرات والمعارض خلال الفترة من 11 إلى 14 فبراير 2026، تحت رعاية وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل.
ويبرز «نور خزام» كمجتمع سكني متكامل يجسّد رؤية حديثة للتطوير العمراني، إذ يضم أكثر من 3018 وحدة سكنية، على مساحة تتجاوز 228 ألف متر مربع، وبقيمة استثمارية تفوق 3.3 مليار ريال، بما يعكس توجهاً نوعياً نحو تطوير وجهات سكنية ترتقي بجودة الحياة وتدعم مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في رفع نسبة تملك المساكن وتعزيز الاستدامة الحضرية.
ويقع المشروع ضمن نطاق التوسع الحضري شمال الرياض، في موقع إستراتيجي قريب من مطار الملك خالد الدولي، وجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن، وواجهة «روشن»، والدرعية، ومحطات المترو، وعدد من الوجهات الحيوية، مما يمنحه جاذبية سكنية واستثمارية عالية ويعزز سهولة الوصول والارتباط بمراكز المدينة.

The Saudi capital, Riyadh, witnessed the launch of “Noor Khuzam,” one of the most prominent new residential communities in the northern part of the city, following the announcement by “Hassan Allam Holding” of the project’s inauguration in partnership with “Tilaal Real Estate,” and in collaboration with the National Housing Company (NHC). “Noor Khuzam” will be developed through “Groufa for Development,” the development arm of Hassan Allam Holding.
The project was announced during their participation in the “ReStatix Riyadh Real Estate 2026” exhibition, held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center from February 11 to 14, 2026, under the patronage of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail.
