أذنت النيابة العمومية بالمحكمة الابتدائية بأريانة في تونس بالاحتفاظ بشاب متورط في جريمة قتل فتاة خنقاً، عقب قيامه بتعنيفها داخل منزله في جهة المنزه 7.
تفاصيل الجريمة
وأكدت مصادر أمنية أن أعوان فرقة الشرطة العدلية بأريانة المدينة تمكنوا من إيقاف المتهم بعد عملية متابعة دقيقة، واعترف أمام المحققين بكل تفاصيل الجريمة.
وأشار الشاب إلى أن الدافع وراء ارتكابه الجريمة كان خلافاً وقع بينه وبين الضحية، وهو ما أدى إلى تصاعد الأمور إلى هذا الحد المأساوي، وفق ما نقل موقع «ديوان إف أم».
القرار القضائي
وبعد عرض الواقعة على النيابة العامة، أذنت بالاحتفاظ بالمتهم لمواصلة التحقيق في الملابسات وجمع الأدلة والشهادات، تمهيداً لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المناسبة.

Security sources confirmed that the officers of the Judicial Police in Ariane City managed to arrest the accused after a thorough surveillance operation, and he confessed to the investigators all the details of the crime.
The young man indicated that the motive behind committing the crime was a dispute that occurred between him and the victim, which led to the situation escalating to this tragic extent, according to what was reported by the “Diwan FM” website.
Judicial Decision
After presenting the incident to the Public Prosecution, it authorized the detention of the accused to continue investigating the circumstances, gathering evidence and testimonies, in preparation for taking appropriate legal action.
