اختتمت جائزة مؤسسة الملك عبدالله الإنسانية للخيل، لفئة الإنتاج المحلي، فعالياتها اليوم في ميدان الملك عبدالعزيز للفروسية بالجنادرية، وسط حضور لافت من المهتمين برياضة الفروسية وعدد من الشخصيات وحضور جماهيري كبير، في أجواء تنافسية عكست مكانة الفروسية بوصفها رمزًا ثقافيًا أصيلًا في المجتمع السعودي.
وأكدت المؤسسة أن تنظيم هذه الجائزة يأتي امتدادًا لنهجها الإنساني والتنموي، وحرصها على تمكين الإنسان من خلال دعم الملاك والمدربين والفرسان السعوديين، وتمكين المواهب الوطنية الصاعدة، والإسهام في تطوير منظومة الفروسية بما يعزز استدامتها ويحافظ على إرثها التاريخي المرتبط بثقافة المملكة وقيمها الأصيلة.
وشملت الجائزة 7 أشواط، تنوعت مسافاتها بين 1600 و1800 متر، ضمت سباقات مخصصة للأحصنة والأفراس من الإنتاج المحلي، إلى جانب أشواط للإسطبلات الجديدة، كما حملت الأشواط أسماء الكيانات التابعة للمؤسسة: كأس وقف الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود للموهبة والإبداع، وكأس مكتبة الملك عبدالعزيز العامة، وكأس مؤسسة الملك عبدالعزيز ورجاله للموهبة والإبداع، وكأس وقف الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز لوالديه، وكأس مؤسسة الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز لوالديه – الإسكان التنموي، وكأس إسطبل أبناء الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، إضافة إلى كأس مؤسسة الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز العالمية للأعمال الإنسانية.
وصاحبت الفعاليات برامج وأنشطة مخصصة للجمهور أسهمت في تعزيز تجربة الحضور وإبراز البعد المجتمعي للجائزة، حيث شملت سحوبات على عدد من الجوائز المتنوعة، تضمنت 10 سيارات، و28 دراجة نارية، و220 رحلة للعمرة، إلى جانب العديد من الجوائز الأخرى، في إطار يعكس حرص المؤسسة على تعزيز التفاعل المجتمعي المصاحب للحدث.
The King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation for Horses concluded its award ceremony for the local production category today at the King Abdulaziz Equestrian Field in Janadriyah, with a notable attendance from those interested in equestrian sports, several personalities, and a large public turnout, in a competitive atmosphere that reflected the status of equestrianism as a genuine cultural symbol in Saudi society.
The foundation confirmed that organizing this award is an extension of its humanitarian and developmental approach, and its commitment to empowering individuals by supporting Saudi owners, trainers, and riders, enabling emerging national talents, and contributing to the development of the equestrian system in a way that enhances its sustainability and preserves its historical legacy linked to the culture and core values of the Kingdom.
The award included 7 races, varying in distance between 1600 and 1800 meters, featuring races dedicated to horses and mares of local production, in addition to races for new stables. The races were named after the entities affiliated with the foundation: the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Cup for Talent and Creativity, the King Abdulaziz Public Library Cup, the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Talent and Creativity Cup, the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Cup for His Parents, the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Foundation for His Parents – Developmental Housing Cup, the Sons of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Stable Cup, in addition to the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Global Foundation for Humanitarian Work Cup.
The events were accompanied by programs and activities dedicated to the public, which contributed to enhancing the experience of attendees and highlighting the community aspect of the award. This included raffles for a variety of prizes, including 10 cars, 28 motorcycles, and 220 Umrah trips, along with many other prizes, reflecting the foundation’s commitment to enhancing community interaction accompanying the event.
