علمت «عكاظ» من مصادرها الخاصة، أن وزارة الداخلية اليمنية جددت قبل يومين مطالبتها لرئيس شعبة اتصال مجلس وزراء الداخلية العرب في أبو ظبي، بضبط عدد من المطلوبين للسلطات اليمنية بتهمة الاختطاف والقتل والاشتراك في عصابة مسلحة.
وشملت المطالبة يسران حمزة طاهر المقطري، وسميح عيدروس النورجي، وتمام محمد حسن غالب، ومحمود عثمان سعيد علي.
وأوضحت وزارة الداخلية اليمنية في مطالبتها، أن المطلوبين الأربعة للسلطات القضائية والنيابية المختصة متهمون بارتكاب جرائم، من بينها الاختطاف والقتل والاشتراك في عصابة مسلحة، مبينة أنه صدرت بحق المجرمين الأربعة طلبات توقيف من إدارة الملاحقة والبيانات الجنائية بالأمانة العامة لمجلس وزراء الداخلية العرب.
وقالت وزارة الداخلية اليمنية في طلبها، إن المعلومات لدى السلطات اليمنية تفيد بأن البعض منهم غادر اليمن بعد ارتكاب الجريمة.
ويشترك المجرمون الأربعة ومعهم بعض الفارين، في جريمة خطف المقدم علي عشال الجعدني الذي استدرجوه إلى منطقة التقنية في عدن، ومن ثم تولوا اعتراض سيارته وإخراجه منها بقوة السلاح، ليقوموا في ما بعد باختطافه ونقله إلى منطقة مجهولة، ولا يُعرف مصيره حتى اليوم.
Okaz learned from its private sources that the Yemeni Ministry of Interior renewed two days ago its demand to the head of the Arab Interior Ministers Council’s Communication Department in Abu Dhabi to apprehend a number of individuals wanted by the Yemeni authorities on charges of kidnapping, murder, and involvement in an armed gang.
The demand included Yusran Hamza Tahir Al-Maqtari, Samih Eidros Al-Nourji, Tamam Mohammed Hassan Ghalib, and Mahmoud Othman Said Ali.
The Yemeni Ministry of Interior clarified in its demand that the four wanted individuals are accused of committing crimes, including kidnapping, murder, and involvement in an armed gang, noting that arrest warrants have been issued against the four criminals by the Criminal Pursuit and Data Administration at the General Secretariat of the Arab Interior Ministers Council.
The Yemeni Ministry of Interior stated in its request that the information available to the Yemeni authorities indicates that some of them left Yemen after committing the crime.
The four criminals, along with some fugitives, are involved in the kidnapping of Major Ali Ashal Al-Jaadani, whom they lured to the Tech Area in Aden, then intercepted his car and forcibly removed him from it, later kidnapping him and transferring him to an unknown location, with his fate still unknown to this day.
