نحتاج ناقداً رياضياً – أخبار السعودية

في مجال الرياضة وتحديداً كرة القدم النقد مطلوب، والإشارة إلى الأخطاء أمر مهم، حتى يسير العمل وفق المنهج الصحيح، وتتحقق من خلاله النتائج المرجوة، لهذا قبل أن نتحدث عن قيمة النقد يجب أن نحدد معايير للناقد وفق إطار معين، كرة القدم اليوم أصبحت صناعة في كثير من دول العالم؛ وبالتالي من الطبيعي أن تحظى باهتمام المؤسسات الرياضية في العالم، لذا حين نشاهد بعض البرامج الرياضية والمرتبطة بالنقد وتقديم الآراء الخاصة بالأندية أو المنتخبات أو حتى اللاعب الذي يؤدي هذه المهمة داخل الملعب، فنحن نبحث عن عقول لديها الإمكانيات والثقافة المستندة على خبرة طويلة في هذا المجال، يستطيع الإعلامي أن يكون ناقداً، ويقدم آراء مفيدة، ويستطيع لاعب سابق أن يصبح ضمن هذا الإطار، بل ربما هو الأكثر قرباً لقبول رأيه، وفي الوقت نفسه ليس كل اللاعبين السابقين ينطبق عليهم هذا الأمر، يجب دراسة هذا الأمر من كل الجوانب خاصة فيما يتعلق باللاعب السابق الذي أصبح ناقداً في بعض البرامج الرياضية، ليس كل لاعب أو نجم سابق يمكن أن تتحقق فيه مواصفات الناقد الجيد، بعضهم لديه اطلاع، ويستطيع التحدث وعنده مسيرة تعليمية مميزة وهم كثر ولله الحمد، لكن تبقى جوانب أخرى يجب النظر فيها، فأحياناً تجد لاعباً لديه حسابات شخصية مع نادٍ معين أو ناقماً على المنتخبات السعودية أو أي دوافع أخرى، بهذا التصور لا يمكن يكون لدى هذا النجم السابق حياد في طرحه، أيضاً بعض اللاعبين السابقين لم يحالفهم التوفيق كلاعب ولا كمدرب رغم أنه خاض التجربة، ولا إدارياً بعد أن خاض التجربة، سلسلة الفشل التي عاشها لا تجعل منه ناقداً جيداً يمكن أن تكون لديه إضافة مفيدة؛ لأنه لو كان يملك الرؤية الصحيحة لانعكس ذلك على مسيرته في كرة القدم، في ملاعبنا شباب سعوديون يخوضون التجربة مع نجوم العالم في دورينا يستحقون من النقاد في البرامج الرياضية الدعم والصبر لا السخرية من مستوياتهم والتقليل من إمكانياتهم كما يفعل بعض النقاد، نحن في فترة صعبة قلّت فيها المواهب، ونحتاج إلى كل النجوم للمشاركة في المحافل العالمية والقارية، وحتى نؤسس لهذا العمل يجب أن تكون درجة اهتمامنا على كافة المستويات جيدة، لن نصنع جيلاً قوياً يخدم المنتخبات السعودية طالما لا نقدم الدعم الكافي والمناسب لهم، في دولة المغرب هناك تجارب ناجحة وبرامج رائعة من نتائجها تحقيق بطولة كأس العالم للشباب.

In the field of sports, specifically football, criticism is necessary, and pointing out mistakes is important so that work proceeds according to the correct methodology, leading to the desired results. Therefore, before we discuss the value of criticism, we must establish criteria for the critic within a specific framework. Football today has become an industry in many countries around the world; thus, it is natural for it to attract the attention of sports institutions globally. When we watch some sports programs related to criticism and presenting opinions about clubs, national teams, or even the players performing this role on the field, we are looking for minds that possess the capabilities and culture based on extensive experience in this field. A journalist can be a critic and provide useful opinions, and a former player can fit within this framework, and perhaps he is the most likely to have his opinion accepted. At the same time, not all former players meet this criterion. This matter should be studied from all angles, especially concerning the former player who has become a critic in some sports programs. Not every player or former star can embody the qualities of a good critic. Some have knowledge, can speak well, and have an outstanding educational background, and there are many of them, thank God. However, there are other aspects that must be considered. Sometimes you find a player who has personal grievances with a specific club or is resentful towards the Saudi national teams or has other motivations. With this mindset, this former star cannot maintain neutrality in his discourse. Also, some former players have not succeeded as players, nor as coaches, even though they have experienced it, nor as administrators after going through the experience. The series of failures they have lived through does not make them good critics who can provide useful insights; if they had the correct vision, it would have reflected on their careers in football. In our stadiums, there are young Saudis experiencing the journey alongside the stars of the world in our league who deserve support and patience from critics in sports programs, not mockery of their levels and belittling their capabilities as some critics do. We are in a difficult period where talents have diminished, and we need all the stars to participate in global and continental events. To establish this work, our level of interest at all levels must be good. We will not create a strong generation that serves the Saudi national teams as long as we do not provide them with adequate and appropriate support. In Morocco, there are successful experiences and wonderful programs that have resulted in winning the Youth World Cup.
