كشفت مصادر قضائية تفاصيل جديدة في حادثة مقتل مهندس نووي بمدينة الإسكندرية، بعد أن قدّم المتهم اعترافات وُصفت بالمروّعة، أظهرت أنه خطط لارتكاب الجريمة منذ نحو عامين، مستخدماً أساليب نفسية معقدة لتضييق الخناق على الضحية.
وخلال التحقيقات، أكد المتهم الذي تجمعه بالمجني عليه صداقة تعود إلى أيام الدراسة الجامعية، أنه تراكمت بينهما خلافات قديمة غذّت داخله شعوراً بالغيرة والحقد. وأفاد بأنه لجأ إلى فبركة صور تخص زوجة الضحية بهدف إحراجه والضغط عليه، معتبراً ذلك جزءاً من خطة منظمة مهّدت لاحقاً لارتكاب الجريمة.
وأشار المتهم إلى أن خلافاً نشب بعد تداول إساءات عبر مواقع التواصل، دفع الضحية إلى تقديم شكوى لوالد الجاني وهو ما تسبب في توتر حاد داخل أسرته بعدما عنّفه والده، لتبدأ حينها دوافع الانتقام تتشكل داخل نفسه.
وبيّنت تقارير إعلامية أن المتهم أقر أمام جهات التحقيق بأنه درس خطواته بدقة قبل تنفيذ الجريمة، واعتبر أن المجني عليه كان سبباً في تراجع مكانته بين معارفه. وبرر قراره قائلاً: إنه كان يرى في نفسه شخصاً ناجحاً مهنياً يعمل في مجالات الهندسة والتجارة، لكنه كان يعاني من ضغوط اجتماعية وشعور بالعزلة.
وتشير التحقيقات إلى أن الجاني حمل سلاحاً نارياً قبل التنفيذ، ثم باغت المجني عليه في الشارع مطلقاً أعيرة متتالية، قبل أن يعتدي عليه بمؤخرة السلاح للتأكد من وفاته، ثم غادر الموقع بسرعة.
وأثبت تقرير الطب الشرعي أن الوفاة نتجت عن صدمة نزفية قوية بسبب إصابات نارية متعددة، فيما جاء تقرير الأدلة الجنائية مطابقاً لمواصفات السلاح المضبوط. كما تمكنت الشرطة من ضبط السيارة المستخدمة وبداخلها ذخائر مماثلة.
وقررت النيابة العامة حبس المتهم 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيق تمهيداً لاستكمال باقي الإجراءات القانونية.
يذكر أن الضحية المهندس عبد الله أحمد الحمصاني أحد خريجي قسم البتروكيماويات بجامعة فاروس، والمقيد ضمن شعبة الكيمياء والنووية بنقابة المهندسين، وهي شعبة مدمجة تشمل التخصصين. وكان يعمل في إحدى وكالات السيارات في الإسكندرية قبل وقوع الحادثة.
Judicial sources revealed new details in the incident of the murder of a nuclear engineer in Alexandria, after the accused provided confessions described as horrifying, showing that he had planned to commit the crime for about two years, using complex psychological methods to tighten the noose around the victim.
During the investigations, the accused, who had a friendship with the victim dating back to their university days, confirmed that old disputes had accumulated between them, fueling feelings of jealousy and hatred within him. He stated that he resorted to fabricating images related to the victim’s wife in order to embarrass and pressure him, considering this part of an organized plan that later paved the way for committing the crime.
The accused indicated that a dispute arose after insults were exchanged on social media, prompting the victim to file a complaint with the perpetrator’s father, which caused a sharp tension within his family after his father reprimanded him, leading to the emergence of revenge motives within him.
Media reports revealed that the accused admitted before the investigative authorities that he studied his steps carefully before executing the crime, considering that the victim was the reason for his declining status among his acquaintances. He justified his decision by stating that he saw himself as a successful professional working in engineering and commerce, but he was suffering from social pressures and feelings of isolation.
Investigations indicate that the perpetrator carried a firearm before the execution, then ambushed the victim in the street, firing multiple shots, before assaulting him with the butt of the weapon to ensure his death, and then quickly left the scene.
A forensic report confirmed that the death resulted from severe hemorrhagic shock due to multiple gunshot wounds, while the forensic evidence report matched the specifications of the seized weapon. The police also managed to seize the vehicle used, which contained similar ammunition.
The public prosecution decided to detain the accused for 4 days pending investigation in preparation for completing the remaining legal procedures.
It is worth noting that the victim, engineer Abdullah Ahmed Al-Homsani, is one of the graduates of the Petrochemicals Department at Pharos University and is registered in the Chemistry and Nuclear Division of the Engineers Syndicate, which is an integrated division that includes both specialties. He was working at a car agency in Alexandria before the incident occurred.
