تبنت الحكومة اليابانية، اليوم، خطة لاستقدام أكثر من 1.23 مليون عامل أجنبي، وذلك في إطار استقدام العمالة المدربة وإطلاق برنامج تدريبي جديد للعمال.
وأفادت وسائل الإعلام اليابانية، أن الحكومة قدمت خططها إلى لجنة من الخبراء بهدف استقبال مليون و231 ألفًا و900 عامل حتى نهاية مارس 2029، كما ستناقش الخطة بعد عرضها على مجلس الوزراء للموافقة عليها في يناير الجاري.
19 مجالًا
يذكر أنه سيتم استقدام قرابة 806 آلاف شخص من العمالة المدربة للعمل في 19 مجالًا تشمل التصنيع والأغذية والمشروبات والرعاية التمريضية، وفي أبريل 2027 سيتم تدريب عمالة أجنبية قوامها أكثر من 420 ألف شخص لمدة 3 سنوات تقريبًا لضمان تحقيقهم معايير العمالة المدربة تمهيدًا لضمهم للعمل في 17 مجالًا منها البناء والتصنيع.
The Japanese government has adopted a plan today to bring in more than 1.23 million foreign workers, as part of a program to recruit skilled labor and launch a new training program for workers.
Japanese media reported that the government presented its plans to a committee of experts with the aim of receiving 1,231,900 workers by the end of March 2029. The plan will also be discussed after being presented to the Cabinet for approval this January.
19 Fields
It is noteworthy that approximately 806,000 skilled workers will be recruited to work in 19 fields, including manufacturing, food and beverages, and nursing care. In April 2027, foreign workers numbering over 420,000 will be trained for about 3 years to ensure they meet the standards of skilled labor in preparation for their inclusion in 17 fields, including construction and manufacturing.
