أكد مدرب اللياقة البدنية وكرة القدم الكابتن محمد السليم لـ«عكاظ»، أن مواجهة الاتحاد والأهلي ضمن الجولة الثامنة من دوري روشن السعودي لن تكون مجرد مباراة كلاسيكية بين غريمين تاريخيين، بل ستكون «ديربياً» فكرياً بين مدربين يمثلان مدرستين مختلفتين في كرة القدم، البرتغالي سيرجيو كونسيساو والألماني ماتياس يايسله، وسط ترقب جماهيري غير مسبوق لمعرفة من سيكسب معركة العقول داخل المستطيل الأخضر.
وقال إن الجماهير في جدة تنتظر هذا اللقاء بفارغ الصبر، فالمنافسة بين الاتحاد والأهلي تقاس بالعراقة والتاريخ والهيبة، فكل مدرب يعلم أن الفوز في هذا الديربي يعني الكثير لجماهيره، ويمنحه مكانة خاصة في قلوبهم، ولهذا السبب سيكون التركيز والهدوء النفسي من أهم مفاتيح النجاح في هذا اللقاء.
وأضاف: «جماهير الفريقين أصبحت تتابع التفاصيل الصغيرة في فكر المدربين، فالاتحاديون ينتظرون من كونسيساو أن يبرهن على قدرته في فرض الانضباط التكتيكي والواقعية الميدانية، في حين يأمل الأهلاويون أن يظهر يايسله جرأة هجومية وتوازناً أكبر في قراراته الفنية، وبذلك فكل جمهور يترقب من مدربه بصمة واضحة تثبت أن العمل الذهني لا يقل أهمية عن الأداء البدني».
وعن سؤال: هل تتغلب الخبرة أم المفاجأة حاضرة؟
أجاب الكابتن السليم: «اللقاء سيجمع بين خبرة كونسيساو الطويلة وحماس يايسله الشاب، فالفوارق بين المدربين لا تعني تفوقاً مضموناً لأحدهما، فالمدرب البرتغالي يعتمد على التجربة والانضباط والصرامة، بينما الألماني يؤمن بالتحليل والتجديد والمفاجأة، ومن هنا تكمن إثارة المواجهة، فالميدان وحده هو من سيحسم ما إذا كانت الخبرة ستنتصر أم أن المفاجأة الألمانية ستفرض حضورها».
وحول كيف يفكر كل مدرب أضاف: «كونسيساو مدرب عملي، يفضل التنظيم الدفاعي المحكم والانطلاق السريع نحو المرمى، ويبحث دائماً عن التوازن بين الحذر والمغامرة، بينما يايسله يميل إلى أسلوب السيطرة على الكرة، وبناء اللعب من الخلف مع تحريك الخطوط الثلاثة بتناغم وانضباط، ويعتمد على الإقناع العقلي قبل النفسي في توجيه لاعبيه، فكلاهما يؤمن بأن الفوز في مثل هذه المباريات يأتي من التفاصيل الدقيقة، لا من الحظ أو العشوائية».
